Overview

We want you to love your order. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not operate like traditional retail stores.

No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are custom-made upon order, and we cannot accept physical returns for any reason.

Refund Eligibility (Made-to-Order Items)

While we do not accept returns, we may issue a refund only if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind (“I no longer want it”)
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
  • Items ordered by mistake
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items that appear used, washed, or altered

Refund Request Window

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund for an eligible issue.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at wingitnlaugh@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect/damage/incorrect item (required)

Refunds (If Approved)

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval (your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post it).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Because we do not accept returns, there is no return shipping process.

Exceptions

  • Sale items: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
