Shipping policy
We offer domestic shipping within the USA and international shipping through USPS, DHL, and other available shipping carriers depending on the destination and production partner.
Since all our products are made on demand when you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item ships.
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped. Please note the following estimated shipping times:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 10–30 business days
- Australia: 10–30 business days
- New Zealand: 10–30 business days
- Singapore: 10–30 business days
Some items may ship separately because they are made on demand by different production partners. If your order includes multiple product types, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. Don’t worry, this is normal for made-to-order products, and each package will receive its own tracking information once it ships.
